Preowned Sales Limited 30 Day Warranty
With all of our preowned appliances, we give a FREE 30 day repair warranty on parts and labor. If you have any issues please fill out service schedule form or call us at 865-951-5557. We come in home to repair the units and in worst case scenarios we will provide an exchange of equal or similar products. Preowned Appliances are sold as is and have been serviced. We always advise for any water based appliances to watch the first 1-2 cycles to assure no leaks. If you do notice a leak, turn off the water valves and call us for service. As an as-is sale Checked Appliances nor any affiliates will assume liability for any damages.
(Please note, for all out of state or long distance, 60 miles or more from our Knoxville store location, our 30 day warranty agreement will not be plausible. Before purchase we will run additional test to assure the proper working units before departure but items will be purchased as is and you may be responsible for any repairs including cost for parts and labor to another service provider in your area for issues after the purchase has been made.Every purchase is made with this as a verbal agreement.)
(Infestations, power outages, noises such as shakes, vibrations, rattling, and various other minor noises , may not be covered under the warranty. Due to age, some appliances are louder than others. Cosmetic and physical damage does not apply toward warranty unless caused by Checked Appliances or any of its affiliates. Lastly, any false reports during the 30 day warranty for issues related to the flooring, electrical, ventilation, and/or plumbing, or various other surrounding topics found to be with the home rather than with the appliance itself may incur a discounted diagnosis fee. This is to ensure that we are only servicing our appliances and not doing additional free home visits for unrelated faults. Please verify that everything with the home is in correct order first before contacting for repair.)
New Sales 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty
With all of our new appliances, we are simply resellers. We are unable to repair these units as it would void the 1 year manufacturer warranty. To have your products serviced within one year of purchase date, please refer to the correct brand manufacturer to register your purchases and to relay any questions further. All Sales Final.
